Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, licensed educator with school counseling or teaching endorsement preferred
- Must maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong collaboration and communication skills essential
- Professional attitude and appearance required
- Must be confident and have strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to create WBL & ILO opportunities for students
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, business partners and community contacts is crucial
- Ability to work collaboratively with our Personalized Learning Plan coordinator to facilitate meaningful & comprehensive advisory activities.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate will work under the supervision of the Director of Guidance who possesses the Work-Based Learning Coordinator endorsement. The expectation will be that the candidate will work towards the WBL endorsement once hired.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
