If you are interested in volunteering or chaperoning with any of the schools within OCSU, you will need to do the following:

1. Meet with Human Resources to accomplish required background check authorization form. We will provide you with the required form for the fingerprint appointment.

• Contact: 802-525-1204 x130 to schedule an appointment.

2. At the appointment with Human Resources, please provide a form of ID and payment for the OCSU Fingerprinting Fee for $11.25 (exact change or check made payable to "OCSU").

3. Attend a fingerprint appointment with the Sheriff Dept or Police Dept to have fingerprinting completed. There is a separate $35.00 fee at the Sheriff’s Office/PD. You will need to provide them with two forms of ID at their appointment.

4. Once the fingerprint appointment is completed with the Sheriff's Department or Police Department, you will need to provide Human Resources with a copy of the receipt for additional processing. 

NOTE: If you are currently employed in another school district, a secondary dissemination request can be completed.
