Today, we have been notified of a positive COVID case in the Lake Region school community. After a conference call with the VT Department of Health, I am pleased to report that we have no people at Lake Region who have been deemed to be close contacts. The Health Department representative acknowledged that the safety precautions that we have in place played a key role in our not having any "close contacts".

Today we were notified of a positive COVID case in the Irasburg school community. All close contacts have been notified. The Irasburg kindergarten class will be learning remotely until Feb. 3.

Today, we have been notified of a positive COVID case in the Lake Region school community. After a conference call with the VT Department of Health, I am pleased to report that we have no people at Lake Region who have been deemed to be close contacts. Additionally, the person's contagious period and quarantine period have cleared, however, they will remain at home until Monday for extra precaution.
